What we collect

When you call us, email us or complete a form on this site, we collect your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about your company's position.

We also record which page an enquiry came from and basic campaign information, so we know which of our pages are useful.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and advise you. That is the only reason we ask for it.

Where you become a client, to carry out the work you instruct and to meet our professional and legal obligations.

Our lawful basis is your consent for an initial enquiry, and the performance of a contract or our legitimate interests once we are acting.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information and we do not pass it to marketing companies.

Where a formal insolvency appointment is needed, information is shared with the licensed insolvency practitioner handling it, and with our legal adviser where relevant.

Our website and email systems are provided by suppliers who process data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become cases are kept only as long as needed to deal with them and to keep a record of advice given.

Client records are kept for the period required by our professional and statutory obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it.
