The local business mix

Surrey is covered from our Horsham office. Our Chertsey address is a registered office only, not a meeting location, so we do not show it as one.

I have signed a personal guarantee on our office lease. What now?

A guarantee is a separate contract from the company and survives liquidation, so it belongs in the plan from the start. Bring the document to the first conversation if you can.

My director's loan account is overdrawn. Does that stop a liquidation?

No, but it is treated as an asset of the company, and a liquidator can ask for it back. Knowing the figure early is much better than discovering it later.
